What is the DELF?
Diplôme d’études en langue française is the official diploma that certifies French proficiency for non-native speakers worldwide.
Who conducts it?
France Éducation International on behalf of the French Ministry of Education. In India, exams run through the Alliance Française network.
When is it conducted?
Junior and Tout Public sessions are scheduled 4–6 times a year — typically March, June, September, and November. Registrations close ~6 weeks prior.
